Why am I so tired after Mohs?
It is common for patients to feel tired by the end of the surgery, particularly if multiple stages have been taken, or if there was an involved repair.
We do recommend that you have a driver available to take you home.
Most of our patients prefer not to work in the afternoon of surgery..
Can I have a glass of wine after Mohs surgery?
DO NOT drink alcohol (including wine and beer) for 24 hours before and 48 hours after surgery. NO bending, heavy lifting, or strenuous activity for one week after surgery. It is best to resume normal exercise after your stitches have been removed.
